Day 89 - I am humbled.



P.S. First plank, 90 seconds. So much pain, hard to focus on clock. I did an extra plank because I felt like such a weakling through the first 4, not that it mattered. It was probably only 15 seconds long by that point.

  1. I'm with you!! You won the competition - with arms wide I lasted a measly 71 seconds on the first plank, and probably less than a minute on the others. Huge difference from our boastful multiple-minute non-fail planks...but at least these are more efficient!

  2. Aw man! I thought for sure I was beat this time. Whatever! I say congrats to us, all of us!, for making it through that workout. Talk about an ass kicking.

  4. Whoo, doing all those planks AFTER working everything else was pretty brutal. I don't know how long I lasted, but there was some trembling and shaking going on!

    I have learned to embrace not being so great at everything. When failure comes, and my muscles shake and give out, I say, yahoo!! I did it.
